AUG 2018

Project Idea

During a project at our parent company "NerdPlace LLC", there was a need for one platform that has the ability to connect to other platforms, thus Spaces was born. Well... it was called a few other names

Business Platform Created

We finally did it! After months of no sleep a prototype was finally created. It was a basic WordPress program with the ability to post on social media, and it also has a built in business management system and CRM. But then this happened...

The Big "Bye Bye"

With one WordPress site handling that many API's and data transfer, nothing could go wrong right? We realized this is when we should step away from WordPress and start something different.

After months of planning... okay and we had a slight burnout. Anyways, the idea was PHP, use PHP.

Social Media and Simulcasting

Later that year, we thought it would be a good idea to start building 3 different social media platforms; Workly (Business), Blabbr(Personal), and NerdPlace (Gaming). Each of these platforms would have the ability to simulcast their live stream. Expensive idea, but ultimately useless.

Business and Social Media Manager

After building the Social media and simulcasting platforms, we decided that the only way to make this work and become popular we needed to create apps relevant to each platform. So we started to work on Workly. So we created a platform where you could post on your social media account and manage your business that connected to Workly.
